This report displays:

Corporation Point-In-Time Report
This report displays information: from June 27, 1992 onwards,
- on the public record for the subject corporation as a specific date from June 27, 1992 onwards
- all active directors and officers as of the date specified
- some historical information such as amalgamating corporations, where the subject corporation is an amalgamation, and name history
Corporation Document List
This report displays:
- all documents filed by the corporation and recorded on the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS) since June 27, 1992
- the name of the person authorizing the filing of a document filed under the Corporations Information Act.
List of Business Names Registered by a Corporation
This report displays a list of business names, including registration dates, (new/renewal) filed by the corporation within the previous five years.
Certificate of Status
This certificate displays the current status of the corporation.
Certificate of No Record
This certificate is issued if there is no record of the corporation in the Ontario Business Information System (ONBIS).
