Refund and Return:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. If you feel there was a problem with the service you received, please contact us at info@getincorp.ca or 1 888 217 6982. A customer service representative will be happy to get the issue resolved for you.

Refund Request:

If you have placed an order by mistake and want to cancel, please call us immediately within 30 minutes of placing the order and send us an email for cancellation. or, If you have placed an order with a higher service speed like 1 or 2 hours services, please call us within 10 Minutes. If you failed to do so, the proportionate deduction will be done including full agency fees.

When you place request for refund, financial processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount (If applicable)

Government FEES:

Government filing fees include all fees (Federal, Provincial, Courier, Processing etc.) incurred by GETINCORP in the processing of your order. Such fees are not revenues of GETINCORP and you acknowledge that we are paying those fees to the proper authorities on your behalf. Payments we already made on your behalf to any Government agencies are Non-Refundable.

Error:

If, there was a filing error made by Getincorp, we will correct it for you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

If we are unable to file your order for any reason, outside of any error or mistake on our part, we reserve the right to keep fees and charges.

Refund Return:

Your refund will be issued in the same form that it was received. For example, if the payment to GETINCORP was made by credit card then the refund will be issued to the same credit card used to make the payment.

Cut-off Time:

GETINCORP provide services country wide. We offer our services based on the local provincial government’s business hours.  Therefore, cut off time is 3:00 PM of your local time for any order you are going to place. Any order comes after 3:00 PM, would be considered as next business day order.
